It will fit all your stays with friends, family or business travel. Composed of a room with sofa-trundle-bed (2 * 90 * 180) and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160 * 190), a bathroom with bath and separate WC, this 1BR apartment is 32 sqm. It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, cooker hood, coffee maker and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with an LCD TV and free wifi access. The residence offers a fitness gym with free access and a parking space with extra charges. An ironing board will be available at the reception, you can use it on request. You can also enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool. A weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services of the residence (laundry and breakfast). You can arrive at the time you want through a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 21: 00. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence so they communicate these access codes. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
