Real estate is about trusted relationships! Even though I am a new real estate agent, I have quite an impressive knowledge and experience into various aspects of the real estate industry, gained through my 22 years course of professional course and personal practice. Professionally speaking, as Board Member and Marketing & Commercial Manager of a FMCG production company with retail network for 15 years and as Marketing and Communication Manager of an energy utility multinational company and of a women's fashion retail chain for 7 years, I am experienced into building business relationships and partnerships, managing conflict, negotiations and bargaining power and creating positive customer experiences. As a commercial manager, I hold experience into managing several corporate assets and I am hands-on into planning, creating, implementing corporate and product marketing communication campaigns. So, when in 2018, I was called to choose my next business step, I realized that on a personal level, I have been making really good real estate deals for the 20 years that have given me solid ground to live unstressed. So, obviously, why shouldn’t I not turn my talent into a full time job? Reared in Panorama, Thessaloniki’s high-end suburb, educated in Athens (BJourn) and London (MScM), yet worked for many years in the industrial area of Thessaloniki, I have an effective combination of charm and astuteness. I like to win (for my clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. I live with my family in a unique house complex within 10 acres of gardens and like jogging, tennis, skiing, reading, and sailing. I am a left handed Gemini and I am a good person to ask for food, travel and how-to-tips. On a personal note, I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying/selling. I base my progress almost exclusively on positive referrals and seek to earn the respect of my clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
