My name is Silvio Manuel Foti, I have been working as a Real Estate Agent since 2014, the experience gained in these 10 years full of successes and satisfactions has taught me the importance and delicacy of my role in a real estate sale.
It all started a bit for fun, I was just of age and decided to leave the family business in my native land Calabria, to find my way and my independence in the city of Milan.
I started my career in real estate as soon as I arrived in Milan and I can say that it was love at first sight. I started working for a well-known real estate brand that taught me the basics of this job but even more the fairness and transparency that you must always have towards customers.
I can say with certainty that the role of real estate agent was a tailor-made suit sewn on my body, my strong negotiation skills and creating lasting relationships with customers led me within two years to hold top roles within the company. My passion and dedication to sacrifice and hard work have led me to reach first places in the role of salesman, company records of turnover and finally establish myself as a manager by guiding 20 guys and managing 5 stores located in the Milanese area.
The desire to get involved and to be able to give light to my ideas led me in 2016 to open my own real estate agency, a few years passed and I realized that my clients asked me for services that were not directly related to the world of the real estate agency, I perceived that a revolution was needed within the real estate market and that it was possible to guide the customer at 360 degrees in the real estate world with all the related services but with a single contact person and I created my holding Silvio Manuel Foti Real Estate . The first company operating in Lombardy and Calabria to provide all services related to the world of the home within a single hub with a single contact person who guides specialized professionals.
During my career I have been involved in the sale and rental of real estate, in the management of tourist facilities such as beb, strategic consulting to companies of the caliber of "Campari" for the creation of their own real estate fund, the search for real estate opportunities on behalf of investors and the sale of luxury properties and new constructions.
Humility, passion, respect, professionalism, experience in the sector and love in the work I do, are the values and qualities that have always distinguished me in life and work, with a firm confidence in what I say and do that is sometimes mistaken for ego.
I have always liked to relate to people precisely because I think that every person can leave you a lesson and everyone must be listened to because behind every story there is the soul of a person. That's why today I find myself here writing about myself and my company.
