Our residence is located in the heart of the Eurotéléport district. You will find many shops nearby. A cinema is located on the square just behind the residence. It is perfectly located for your professional trips or for vacations with family or friends. All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a pull-out bed with comforter and a television. You will have free access to the 24-hour gym. A new studio well equipped and well furnished: - pull-out bed - refrigerator - microwave - electric plates - TV - WIFI - Access to the gym 24 hours a day - Laundry Very clean and comfortable it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in Roubaix. The residence also proposes a breakfast in supplement on the spot and in week only. A 50e deposit check for the cleaning will be requested for stays longer than 10 days. In case of late arrival, you will be able to recover your keys in a safe (the code will be provided to you after validation of your reservation)
