This studio is close to the town centre and is served by numerous bus routes. It is a 15-minute walk from Valence Ville station. A swimming pool and ice rink are just a short walk away. Free private parking is available close to the residence. Practical and comfortable, this studio apartment has been designed to provide optimum living space and layout. With a surface area of 20m², this flat is located on the second floor of a secure residence. It comprises a kitchen area with a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, hob, microwave and full crockery kit), a living area with 1 single bed (90*200cm) and a separate bathroom with bath. A set of cotton sheets will be provided on arrival. Please bring your own towels as they are not provided. This flat has a free wifi connection. The residence provides a hoover, iron and ironing board. During your stay you can also take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence for a fee: - Laundry - Optional cleaning service €30 - Car park ARRIVAL : Reception is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you plan to arrive after these times or at the weekend, please contact the residence to arrange your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT : For all stays, a security deposit must be paid by cheque. It will be returned to you on departure.
