Our residence is located in the heart of the Eurotéléport district. You will find many shops nearby. A movie theater is located in the square just behind the residence. It is perfectly located for a business trip or for a holiday with family or friends. All the studios have a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, trundle bed with duvet and a TV. You have free access to the gym open 24/24. A well appointed and well equipped new studio: - trundle bed - fridge - microwave - electrical plates - Kettle - TV - WIFI - gym accesss 24/24 - laundry room Very clean and comfortable it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in Roubaix. The residence also offers a breakfast in supplement on-site and on weekdays only. A security deposit of €150 will be required in check on arrival. If you plan on arriving after 5pm, please contact the residence beforehand so you can have access to the safe.
