Oriented towards modern Choisy downtown, and towards the banks of the Seine, the residence is new and very well situated. It is located 4 minutes from the RER C station and major highways (A86, A6, A4). Close to the renowned University poles, it has direct access to the schools and campuses (Paris-East Créteil, EFREI of Villejuif, universities of Paris). Several shops are located nearby (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery...). There is also the 5 000 sqm of the Grande Mademoiselle Park and the interdepartmental sports and leisure Park (track cycling, water, climbs rocks, Island birds...). Many cultural spaces are close, the new library is 1 minute walk, and cinema theatre Paul Eluard is 15 minutes walk. This studio is fully equipped. It has a single bed 90 cm (duvet and pillow provided. Beware, the SHEETS and TOWELS are NOT PROVIDED), a bathroom, a kitchenette equipped with dishes and home appliances, a work space, wireless Internet access, TV flat screen and the DH. The residence offers many amenities such as a sauna and a gym (free access), a laundry and a parking (€8 / night and € 140 / month). Animals are accepted with an extra charge of 4€/night. ARRIVAL : The accommodation will be available from 15:00. DEPARTURE : - The accommodation must be vacated NO LATER THAN 11:00. - The accommodation must be left in perfectly clean and sanitary conditions. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
