It has 2 double beds and two single beds.~In the living room there are two sofas, a Smart-TV with spanish television, a dining table and access to a glazed terrace facing south and with sea views.~The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, with a fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven. It has an electric water heater and a small pantry.~The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning.~It is located on a seventh floor with an elevator.~A one-month deposit and final cleaning are required.~Internet and water are included in the price, electricity will be charged separately.~It does not have parking.
