With a surface of 18.5 sqm, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with 1 single bed of 80cm and an independent bathroom. Free wifi access is included. All rooms of the residence are equipped with a balcony or a terrace. PLAN TO BRING YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS because they are not provided. ATTENTION: no dishes in the apartment During your stay you can access the gym in free access. You can also enjoy paid services offered by the residence : - Laundry - Printer - Parking €25 / month + €100 deposit for the remote - Optional cleaning €30 ARRIVAL : The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence to organise your late arrival. CHARGES : All charges are included in the rent EXCEPT ELECTRICITY that you need to pay in addition according to your power consumption. The reception will help you for the EDF administrative file. DEPOSIT : For all stays, a deposit of €600 must be paid by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Collected, it will be returned within a period of 2 months.
