Casette di Calzata takes its name from the locality Calzata, an area that lies between the town of Campofelice and the town of Lascari, close to the sea and not far from Cefalù. It was recently purchased by a German family who, like many other dreamers, decided to invest part of their time and resources here in Sicily. The Casette di Calzata Residence was built entirely a few years ago through a project of redevelopment of the area, based on a type of tourist accommodation, which was able to merge wellness, relaxation and nature. This structure is entirely surrounded by four hectares of olive grove that guarantees all guests extremely clean air! All communal spaces, such as the pool area (May 1 to October 31), the barbecue area, the riding school, and the children's area, are taken care of down to the last detail. Every day our gardeners will take care of the cleaning and care of these spaces. Ideal as a starting point for visiting Palermo, Monreale, the Madonie Mountains and the Aeolian Islands. Go on a discovery of Sicilian culture and be carried away by the emotions that this land offers through its landscapes. Casette di Calzata is ideal for all sports lovers! The Residence consists of 10 cottages divided into three levels managing to ensure total privacy: Precisely from 6 Studio apartments, with a double bed and an armchair bed and from 4 Two-room apartments, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. All vacation homes are fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Inside the apartments you will find a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wifi, private bathroom, Sat-tv with international channels and a terrace with garden furniture. The communal swimming pool can be used 7 months of the year!
