Living room with sofas and main room with double bed and sofa bed. 3rd: Bathroom, double room with two rooms with bunk beds, double room with double bed and two mezzanines with mattresses. Terrace. The house has a heating system by radiators, aerothermal energy and solar panels, which ensures energy savings. Complete equipment. Also wifi and brand new kitchen.~~The garden has two parts, one presided over by a hundred-year-old fig tree and the other next to the pool in the town square.
