A bus network passes right in front of the building to reach Grenoble city centre or go to the Grésivaudan valley. You can walk to the Tronche hospital and pick up the Tram to go to Grenoble whose historic centre is a 15 minute walk along the quays, which can be a nice walk. The Chemin de la Bastille also starts just above the flat, and a short hike will allow you to climb up to the Fort on foot (the less adventurous will take the bubbles from Grenoble). Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks. There is a small supermarket right next to the building to do the small shopping necessary for a stay of a few nights and you will find some local shops in the street as well as a pizzeria or the very popular restaurant "Le Duo". The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen. A deposit will be requested by bank transfer on arrival. Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning). A security deposit of 1100 € will be required before entering the premises for all rentals outside the Mobility lease.
