This factory is located on an estate 10 minutes from Santarém.
At the moment it has 1197m2 of building, which is used for the factory, which is equipped and fully operational for the production of gin and craft beer, tonic water and practically all types of spirits.
It has the capacity to produce 300/400 litres of spirits per day, which can easily be expanded,
As for the production of craft beer, it can produce 2,000 litres of beer a day, but is limited to producing 4,000 litres a month due to the number of fermenters, which can also be expanded.
A tourism project is planned, and at the moment there are lakes and natural and leisure spaces in the surrounding area, totalling around 15,800 m2.
The current space has all the conditions for various events, such as:
- tastings of artisanal gin and tonic and craft beer, as well as other spirits;
- visits to product production circuits;
- Outside, the garden, lakes and other areas to be created could include tourist accommodation (such as glamping, bungalows, rural tourism, local accommodation, etc.).
