In the countryside about twenty minutes from Essaouira, nestled on a hill, this large house built of local stones dominates the magnificent surrounding landscape. At the entrance is a carport, a large garage and a small accommodation for a caretaker. The main house set a little further away and surrounded by vegetation inspires solidity with its wide stone walls. The large door opens onto a large living room with fireplace which on one side opens onto a furnished terrace and on the other opens onto a smaller library lounge which accesses the sleeping area. The large kitchen is located on the left as you enter and it is followed by a scullery which opens onto a service door, a staircase allows access to the large finished basement. The night area has four bedrooms (two of which have bathrooms) arranged along a wide corridor at the end of which is the third bathroom. The bejmat floor, the white walls, the traditional reed ceiling and the woodwork painted with Berber inspirations give a very warm atmosphere to the whole. The discovery of the basement, as large as the house, has its share of surprises in store with another large bedroom, a bathroom, a guest toilet, then a billiard room, a gym, a hammam and a last room with a shower, ideal for a treatment or massage room. The exteriors are not to be outdone with an infinity pool on a sheltered terrace, a large bowling alley made by the book, an area with children's games and enough room to create lots of diverse spaces. The house is connected to the electricity network and the water network. It has the AVNA
