A one-room apartment for up to four people, fully equipped.Check-in is free between 15:00 and 20:00. Between 20:00 and 23:00, please coordinate with us as there is an additional cost which, depending on the time, can reach up to 150 EUR per booking. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price.The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50 EUR/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant will be required to pay the difference.
