The property is totally equipped and ready to move in. The flat is on the 4th floor without an elevator and it has lovely views of the park and the mountain and plenty of natural light. The property is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very centric, next to paral-lel metro station, this allows easy access to the different points of the city and to the public transport, restaurants, and shops. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday.
