About the Project;
The project stands out in a way that meets the needs of the project by including zero waste and elements that will facilitate communal living, as well as environmentally sensitive commercial areas that support a contemporary lifestyle. Important elements such as green areas, recycling systems and energy efficiency aim to ensure that residents live in harmony with nature and minimize environmental impact. In addition, the areas within the campus support sustainability by pioneering environmentally friendly practices. This approach increases environmental awareness and improves the quality of life of the region by offering residents a healthy, comfortable and quality life.
The project has a total project area of 68,200 m2 and a construction area of 395,00 m2. The project includes 15 blocks, 2482 residences and 17 commercial areas. Each block has two different housing types: functional 2+1 and comfortable 3+1.
