The kitchen is completely equipped (large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, dishes). Bathroom and shower room equipped. Washer/dryer in the laundry room in the basement of the house. Usual equipment: hairdryer, iron and table available. The neighborhood is quiet, as is the house. The atmosphere of the apartment is quiet and respectful. There is a bus stop 3 minutes from the house / the train station is a 20 minute walk / the city centre is a 20 minute walk. Monthly rent includes heating, water, electricity, internet. This rental is only reserved for a European student, between 22 and 30 years old, non-smoking and without pets. Possibility of parking in the Blue Zone near the property (paid sticker to be obtained from the Municipality). Rental guarantee and private liability insurance required.
