The building is made with C-40 concrete and has a raft foundation.
The electrical system has been completely installed using German-made cables, without any junction boxes, and each circuit is connected to its own fuse system. Additionally, each floor has its own fuse panel.
The basement has been isolated with water and thermal insulation, preventing any issues such as dampness or water ingress.
The building contains 7 toilets, all constructed with first-class materials.
All the bedrooms are en-suite with bathrooms.
The building’s facade is made with composite panels and silicone facade in some areas.
The window systems are aluminum with electric shutter systems. The glass is laminated, unbreakable, and colored for thermal insulation, with a special gas inserted between the panes.
The building is made with pumice brick and coated with spray polyurethane foam. There are no joints, minimizing heat loss; this system is also applied under all the screeds.
The building has three entrances: two steel doors, filled with concrete, and one balcony entrance with a ramp for easy wheelchair access.
The pool system is active and has a cleaning robot. Additionally, there is a special chair for easy entry and exit from the pool for elderly and disabled individuals.
The heating system is dual: it includes both natural gas and a heat pump system. There is a boiler, ensuring there is no hot water shortage.
There is a 35 kW generator.
The elevator system is hydraulic, and even if there is a power outage, it automatically descends to the lower floor, or it can be manually operated to go up. The elevator serves all four floors.
