Bedroom 4 – with approximately 12.44m², entrance to the balcony overlooking the avenue, with lots of natural light, 1.80m bed, desk, smart TV, internet, minibar, closet with tag, shared bathroom, access to kitchen and dining room on the guest floor. 400 EUR
All rooms are only accessible with a TAG.
Family building, harmonious surroundings and so it will continue to be. To validate your application you will need to have:

-IRS
- Proof of address
-Guarantors
- Demonstration of ability to pay with pay stubs
To validate the rental agreement:
- Two rentals (the initial and the end)
- Deposit of 500EUR for possible damage
- 50EUR cleaning of the property upon departure
