The Minimalist

The standard single apartment provides a tranquil retreat in the centre of the Old Town in Heidelberg. Our room offer an ideal stay in a single room with ≈14m². In the room, you will find a modern bathroom and a mini fridge. The room offers the same level of coziness that is usually only found at home. It is equipped with a single bed, bedside table and lamp, a desk with chair, armchair, and a TV, which offers full flexibility to the preferences and needs of the tenant. The apartment has a modern heating system that is embedded in the floor and free of charge high-quality wireless internet. Finally, the apartment has very wide windows that allow the sun to come in, with a beautiful view of the Old Town. This gives the apartments a bright and very spacious atmosphere. Of course, the apartment is equipped with high quality black out curtains in case you wish to have some privacy. Additional services such as room cleaning or laundry service could be booked for an additional charge. We have a minimum rental period of 1 month, and our rental price includes Wi-Fi and a secure door lock system. Check-In is possible and free of charge everyday from 15:00 to 18:00 and Check-Out time is until latest 11:00. The apartment is ideal for commuters, fitters, and students as well as of course for those who need a short or long-term living space.
