Accommodation is organized through two floors of a family house with a total area of approx. 500m2.
Nine bedrooms, two living rooms, three bathrooms with toilets, two kitchens, and parking for about 10 cars in the yard are available to the workers. Two bathrooms are equipped with a washing machine. In the fenced yard there is also a gazebo and an outdoor barbecue. There is a possibility to rent a garage. Also in the plan is the completion/renovation of the attic and the possibility of accommodation in several more bedrooms. The heating is currently via the boiler room with heating oil, but by the next heating season it will be converted to gas. The owner prefers a lease agreement with a legal entity, the agreement is binding for a minimum of one year, the application is in order.
