TERRA Architecture of the 30s inspired by neo-Basque, this house of 220 m2 on the 2nd line of the Bay on a plot of 740 m2 is one of the first houses built in Pyla sur Mer and has a private access to a path that leads to the beach. Completely renovated successfully by the architect Theresa Brunvoll-Cochet in 2024 who has managed to create a balance between the old parts and the contemporary elements, thus perpetuating the history of the building. On the garden level and facing the tiled swimming pool, lined with bricks, an extension housing two independent suites is overlooked by a large terracotta terrace fitted with a pergola.
