The final cleaning amount is 100 euros for shared and private rooms, 200 euros for the apartments. N.B In case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40, in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80.
