Relax in our comfortable, modern-design double studios with king-size bed, air conditioning and black-out curtains. The studios have a flat-screen TV, a desk, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave. Laundry facilities are available at an additional cost. Breakfast is served daily but is not included in the rent. It includes a variety of breads, including gluten-free bread, pastries, as well as cold and hot drinks. On-site parking spaces are available by prior arrangement and are not included in the rental price, at extra cost. Pets are accepted at an additional cost. In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
