Herdade do Olival e do Alqueva, with an area of 15 hectares, is located in the region of Évora, near the village of Alandroal, in Alentejo. It is very close and overlooking one of the arteries of the Alqueva Dam - the largest artificial lake in Europe. It has an agricultural building of about 45 m2. A PIP - Request for Prior Information is in process with the Municipality of Alandroal, which will allow its adaptation for a future Tourist Resort of medium / low dimension to be increased there.
It is completely sealed, being morphologically flat and wavy. We should, however, mention important information and valences about the property, namely:
