The residence is located 4.5 km from the city center of Aix, it is very easy to reach by car, also by bus (about 15 minutes) the bus stop is right next to the residence. Many local shops are also accessible on foot (drive supermarket, greengrocer, cheese shop, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, doctors...). You will appreciate the equipment of this recently renovated studio equipped with new furniture; sleeping area with comfortable bedding, large closet with closet, television with large flat screen, dry inertia heating, fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Pets are accepted with an extra charge. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
