Apartment on the 1st floor of the villa, with capacity for 4/5 people. There is another apartment right next door with the same capacity (ref. VPLD). For 2 families you can rent the 2 apartments. The entrance is in common, as well as the swimming pool, the barbecue and the washing machine. The villa is located 100 m. from the sea. The owners live downstairs. The apartment is ideal for a family. It has an area of 50 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and 1 folding bed), 1 shower room, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy your breakfasts on the terrace facing the sea and your dinners on the terrace facing the mountains. Wi-Fi connection. You can park your car on the estate. The villa is located in a residential area right in front of the sea. They can access the coves (sand in the water) to take a swim or sunbathe. The centre of St Carles de la Rapita, with its shops and different beaches, is a 5-minute drive away (2.5 km). In our surroundings you can enjoy the coves, the sandy beaches, the wild 25 km long beach, the Ebro Delta natural park, with its birds, flamingos and rice fields. For mountain lovers there are several routes, with spectacular views of the sea. Come and experience the carnival of Vinaròs in February, the Easter festivities, the St Joan in June, the major festivals at the end of July, the summer events, the tranquility and good weather in September and October, and why not, spend the winter months with its mild climate.
