SHORT TERM RENTAL FROM OCTOBER 2025 TO END OF MAY 2026~NO LONG TERM RENTALS~~Beautiful fully renovated apartment, with a double bedroom and another single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and a balcony with views of the mountains and the sea.~~The apartment is on the eighth floor with a lift. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer.~It has a double bed (150cm wide) and a built-in wardrobe, and in the other room there is a bunk bed. The living room has a sofa, a round dining table and an equipped kitchen.~~There is no parking.~The rent is €650 per month, a 1 month deposit is also charged, and the final cleaning which includes bed linen and towels. Electricity and water are charged separately at the end of the stay.
