With a general exposure to the south/west, it is predominantly made up of irrigated land (around 90% of the total area), centuries-old olive groves, vegetable gardens and a small forest/montane based on oaks, chestnut trees, cork oaks and some pine trees. It is completely walled, facing a large extent on the north and east sides with the carral path. It has a very regular topography, mostly flat and/or small slopes and some plateaus. It has relatively abundant irrigation water, four irrigation tanks, 2 of which are supplied by mines, one by a direct spring and another (large and entirely made of granite, located at the highest elevation, supplied by surplus water). It once had a vineyard, but is currently exploited predominantly for fodder production. Final notes: The heritage complex in question is located approximately 3.5 km from the center of the village of Cabeceiras de Basto; The owners admit the global sale of it (270,000 ) or solely from urban article 829 (77,500);
