The village of Altavilla is located in the heart of Monferrato, recognized by UNESCO and a popular destination for food and wine tourism. There is also a large attic floor with a completely renovated and insulated roof, a room that can be made habitable and enjoys a pleasant view of the Monferrato hills. On the west side of the house, there is a barn as an element interposed between the Count's House and the adjacent building. The property, while preserving the charm and magic of an object from another time, needs renovation, a feature that makes it adaptable to the needs of its future or its future buyer.
