House in town center

This beautiful house is located in the center of the village, a few steps from the market and all services. It was completely renovated in 2002 with excellent materials. On the ground floor we find a large living room with high ceilings and exit to the patio, kitchen with pantry and also exit to the outside patio, a room, bathroom, garage with direct access to the house, In the center of the house there is a small interior patio that extends to the rest of the floors through large windows flooded with light all rooms. The town has all the necessary services to avoid having to travel to Palma and has large supermarkets and small shops with local products. Restaurants for all palates, antique dealers, fashion shops and two weekly markets. Palma is only 30min. by car and the airport 25min.
