For stays of less than 3 months the price is 1500 euros. All expenses are included in the rental price. It has a maximum capacity of 3 people. Pets are not allowed.~~The apartment consists of a terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and Anfi del Mar, a bright living room with views and a sofa bed, a modern and equipped kitchen, a charming bedroom and a full bathroom with a washing machine.~~WIFI services available in all areas, elevator, heated pool-bar, restaurant, solarium with sea views and access to the avenue.~~Close to all areas such as bus stop, taxi, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, hairdresser and with direct access to the beach~~*Visits to the property*: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit.
