Just 8 minutes from the center by car.   The accommodation The apartment has a full and equipped kitchen, rest and dining area, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a private terrace with an umbrella table, living room and everything you need for your comfort. The kitchen has pans, pots, utensils, crockery, glasses, cups, glasses, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven etc. In the living room you will find a TV and a Bluetooth speaker at your disposal. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and each room has a fan and mosquito nets. Located 8 minutes from the historic center and places of interest such as restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and others. Guest Access In order for security to allow access, it is important that you send us the following information before your arrival: -Name and surname of all guests who will be staying. -License plate, model and color of all cars that will enter the condominium. -Transfer Voucher Something important to know. The apartment is located in Residencial La Serena and upon arrival they will identify themselves with their INE in a booth with private security who will have already been notified of their arrival and will only carry out the registration protocol. Depending on the arrival time, the key will be left in a Master Lock located next to the entrance door of the house or it will be given to you personally upon arrival. If left in the Master Lock, the code will be shared so that the keys can be removed. They can use any available space to park their vehicles near the house inside the condo. The entrance is on a first level up the stairs. The accommodation is located 8 minutes from the centre of San Miguel by car. If you want to leave your vehicle another option is Uber, didi or taxi, you can ask me for the contact of our trusted taxi. You can also cross the pedestrian bridge leaving the condominium and take the "Unidad Deportiva" bus that costs $8 pesos and passes every 20 minutes, leaving you 1 block from the parish of San Miguel Arcángel.
