Your new home: construction of three modern terraced houses!

In the sought-after Duisburg-Marxloh district, we are planning to build three modern terraced houses that are characterised by high-quality furnishings and well thought-out construction. Each house offers approx. 130 m² of living space and plot sizes from 248 m² to 312 m², which leaves enough space for individual design. The construction method includes water-impermeable concrete (waterproof concrete) according to DAfStb guidelines and reinforced concrete floor slabs, which provide additional stability and sound insulation. Exterior walls will be fitted with a thermal insulation composite system, and the gable roof will be insulated with mineral wool and covered with slate-grey concrete roof tiles. The windows are high-quality plastic windows with shutters. The front door is made of plastic with a glass cutout, triple locking and security cylinder lock. The interior features plastic-coated wood-based doors and stainless steel handle sets. The sanitary facilities are from Villeroy & Boch, and the electrical installation is carried out in accordance with DIN 18015 and VDE standards with Merten switches and sockets. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, and the hot water supply is provided by a heat pump. Floor coverings and wallpaper are not included, so you can implement your personal design ideas.
