• Only candidates who have visited the property can make an offer on the basis of a pre-formatted document provided by the agent

• If the reserve price is not reached, the DDFIP reserves the right not to proceed with the sale.
By way of derogation from Article 1583 of the Civil Code, the sale will only be completed between the parties in the event of regularization by notarial deed and full payment of the price within 4 months of the acceptance by the Domaine of the offer presented. After this period and in the absence of an agreement to extend the Estate, the commitment by the Administration to sell to the amateur will be null and void.
