PAYMENT METHOD
- Scheme 1: 20% down payment with the possibility of deferring it according to the customer's needs, 60% in 36 monthly payments and 20% on delivery.
- Scheme 2: 10% down payment, 30% in monthly payments until December 2025 and 60% on delivery (January 2026).
- Builder Plan (minimum 2 lots): 15% down payment, 15% in December 2025 (physical delivery of the lot for the start of work) and 70% in June 2027 or when the house is sold (whichever comes first).
