Renovated studio for rent in Los Canarios I

Our agency offers for rent a studio apartment located in a popular and central complex in Arguineguin. The complex offers well-kept garden areas, a communal pool and parking outside.~~It is available from April 2025 for a stay of 10 months. The expenses are included up to a maximum of € 50. Maximum 2 people. No pets.~~The studio consists of a terrace with garden views, a living room with space for relaxation, an equipped kitchen, an attic, a small storage room and a full bathroom.~~Next to service areas such as supermarkets, restaurants, school, pharmacy, shopping centre, petrol station and a few minutes walk from the beach.~~*Visits to the property*: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. In addition, they will be required to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.~** To reserve the property, an initial payment of 1 month's deposit will be required (to be returned within the legal time frame, after having handed over the property to the owner, as long as the condition of the property is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and the conditions of the rental contract are met).~**Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved in Congress on April 27, 2023 and in the Senate on May 18, 2023. It came into force the day after its publication in the BOE, on May 26, 2023. In its article 20, located in section 1, it is established that the real estate management costs and those of formalizing the contract will be borne by the landlord.~This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease contracts for uses other than housing, such as commercial premises, or to seasonal lease contracts.
