House composed of a living room with open fitted and equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Small balcony in the extension of the living room with a small table, 2 chairs and a parasol to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of Erquy, its beach and its port. Upstairs, a mezzanine, a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with bunk bed and a double bed, storage in each bedroom. Garden entirely enclosed by wall, out of sight allowing you to enjoy the calm of the place. Garden furniture (dining table, chairs, barbecue available, washing machine and dryer, television and wifi available and plenty of storage including a basement allowing you to come with your bikes, windsurfing, paddle or other. On the kitchen side, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob and hood as well as everything necessary to eat and cook. GR 34 nearby for lovers of walking as well as many beaches, possibility to do water sports (jet ski, water skiing, towed buoy, windsurfing or windsurfing, Kayak, Paddle ....)
