Mar de Queo is a rural complex with 17 rooms, all with separate bathrooms, distributed in two main buildings. The first is a stone house with common areas on the ground floor (kitchen, living room and office) and 7 bedrooms spread over two floors. The second building has common areas on the main floor (reception, kitchen, dining room, elevator) and 10 rooms on the upper floors. On the ground floor of this second building, the original spa facilities are preserved, including machinery, changing rooms and showers, currently unused. This space, converted into a personal workshop, keeps its infrastructure intact, which offers great potential to be restored or updated in the future. The exteriors include a large parking area, terraces and versatile spaces that allow the installation of tents for events. In addition, there is a well-preserved granary, used as a laundry room at the top, with a bedroom with a bathroom at the bottom. It also has a well, a wine cellar and a small hut, previously used as a gym that offers various possibilities.
