This unique project preserves and enhances the architectural characteristics of the warehouse, harmonizing history and modernity.
The simplicity and clarity of the environment are evident in the preserved façade, which tells the story of the place, and in the interiors, where noble materials and a serene color palette create a space that suits the soul of its inhabitants, never overloading the environment. Driving the use of the building's extraordinary potential, both for its iconic spring-facing façade and the highly versatile interior, allowing the houses to come together. With a high ceiling and a bucolic vertical garden in outer space, Alba offers an eclectic contrast that conveys soul, serenity, comfort and sophistication. After this vision, Daniela Franceschini, from Quiettudio, imagined the interiors as a perfect fusion between industrial and spatial purity. Large loft spaces, iron frames, industry-inspired floors dance harmoniously with warm wood and organic finishes.
