The garden is beautifully landscaped with typical Algarve plants, palm trees that provide excellent shade, a lawn, and an area for a ping-pong table. The pool is a good size, with a dolphin tile mural and a large terrace surrounding the entire pool, large enough for 8 loungers.
There are various terrace areas, some of which are covered, a BBQ area with separate seating, lounge furniture in the lower and upper areas, and various smaller seating areas in the garden. Up to three cars can be parked on the driveway, although there is also parking on the street, a cul-de-sac.
The house is enormous; the kitchen is fully equipped with seating and a cooking island. From the kitchen, you enter the living-dining room with a large dining table, sofas, and a fireplace. The living room overlooks the pool and garden. The bedrooms are spacious, all with air conditioning, wardrobes, some with en-suite bathrooms, and all with shutters and blackout curtains. Two of the four bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed. In front of the master bedroom is a very large terrace, equipped with lounge furniture and loungers, offering beautiful views of the neighborhood, the beautiful garden, and the sea. Two bedrooms each have a separate bathroom, and two bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom.
