These homes are a response to the social isolation of some people. The community space provided offers the opportunity to communicate and exchange with other tenants, thus establishing a reassuring climate of solidarity.
The agreement with the Canton allows tenants receiving supplementary benefits to the AHV/IV to receive individual assistance to finance the specific services for sheltered housing (reassuring supervision, social support, animation and participation in the costs of the common area).
