Building composed of basement, ground floor and floor, destined to disco, restaurant or commerce, with capacity of 200 to 250 seats and license permits. It has a gross construction area of 3,730 m2, which includes two apartments, offices, 3 lanes and several annexes, parking of about 2,000 m2, large swimming pool and the entire development inserted in a plot of about 11,000 m2.
