The Palace is nestled in 10 hectares with gardens, including the magnificent walk of centenary oaks, old road to Santiago already in disuse, church of the seventeenth century, hotel and halls of celebrations. The banquet hall area has two main halls each with dance areas and dining areas. The Conde de Toreno room between the two dance and dining areas has about 600 m2, the Rey Silo room about 350; Each of the living rooms has two bathrooms and a fully equipped and working industrial kitchen. The whole plot is arranged between different registration properties, which complying with current regulations can be segregated into plots of 1,800 m2 which allows to greatly expand the business possibilities. HOTEL It has a romantic and charming hotel inside the main building. It has 17 spacious double, triple and even quadruple rooms, all equipped for maximum comfort. The rooms have full bathroom, heating, television and telephone. Some have a terrace and all of them with beautiful views, whether of the garden, the church or the Arango Valley. OWN CHAPEL In Palacio Conde de Toreno we have our own chapel consecrated for religious ceremonies, the chapel is located within the palace estate. It is an original building of the seventeenth century with subsequent expansion in the fifteenth century. Of the original elements, its architecture is still preserved, as well as a part of the altarpiece and other decorative elements. The paintings that crown the high walls of the temple, are the work of Don Francisco de Borja Zuleta, Duke of Abrantes, who resided in the Palace during the 40s. With an area of 250 m2, the chapel can host large celebrations. INDOOR PERGOLA Outdoor space overlooking the valley of Arango but covered by a transparent structure with wooden pillars. INTERIOR COURTYARD Its beautiful structure with Asturian corridor allows to celebrate large spaces surrounded by 5 centuries of history. Magnificent garden areas. ROMAN FOUNTAIN At the entrance of the Palace and with direct views of the valley, around a Roman fountain from 100 AD, TERRACE REY SILO LOUNGE At the entrance of the Rey Silo room, this spacious terrace forms a perfect set with the adjacent lounges. REY SILO ROOM Located in the old stables of the Palace, it preserves the original architectural elements with stone walls and wooden beams in cathedral. It has capacity for 120 people in round tables and direct access to the terrace. In the anteroom of the living room, a lobby with bar, communicated with the terrace to enjoy the outside at all times. CONDE TORENO ROOM Spacious and bright living room with capacity for about 200 people. An adjacent living room in stone and wood. This recently renovated living room has large windows overlooking nature. EVENTS Weddings, birthdays, meeting of friends, communion, thematic party, workshop, technical conferences or any type of events. Steeped in history in every corner, the palace and its gardens, dating from the sixteenth century, have welcomed people who, in one way or another, have left an indelible mark on the history of Spain and Asturias. From the Valdés and Salas families, founders of the University of Oviedo and vicars of the Cathedral of Seville, whose remains rest in the church of the palace, this special site has been a convent of the Trappist order, base of Napoleon's troops, commanded by Marshal Ney, as well as home and resting place of the controversial Spanish historian, President of the Council of Ministers of Spain, member of the Cortes of Cádiz and of the revolutionary junta of the war of independence D.
