House-palace of colonial style of the early twentieth century, built by a rich family of the area that did not skimp on the use of noble materials, such as walnut wood, ceramic floors, skylight, interior doors and windows with leaded glass, two living rooms with fireplace, large windows .... It has eleven rooms with bathroom, rustic decoration. Many meters of living rooms and common spaces, large garden that surrounds the house overlooking the Caliphate Fortress of Gormaz (S.X).~ The house is located on an ecological farm with orchard and vineyard. All the energy consumed in the house is renewable and the boiler that heats us is biomass.~ The GR-86, the Cid route and the Duero route pass through the house.
