We can offer you options at your request.~The house model we offer here has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 suite bath), an open concept kitchen with a large dining room, parking for 2 cars and a nice garden where you can enjoy a swimming pool if you wish.~With this predesigned house, you can ask for changes as you like. The house has high quality finishes, is energy efficient, and you can choose the location for the house. There are several designs and finishes at your disposal.~Time to setting the handover of the property is usually 7 months after the final licence has been approved by the counsel.~Payjments of the house will be done by steps.
