With our modular system you can have a new house in a time between 3 and 5 months.~The initial price depends on your needs and it can start from € 120.000 as a basic price for the house of 36m2.~The advertised model represents a spacious house of about 108m2, which has a living-dining room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a closed garage.~Please, note, that taxes and a plot are not included in the price.~We can help to find the plot by customer´s request, if it is not in our stock. ~If you would like we can arrange a visit to the factory to see the construction procedure and to prepare your own project.~Please, feel free to request more information contacting us.
