T2 Villa Noemia

Villa Noémia is born from the rehabilitation of two buildings with a charming moth, coming from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and with the promise of being maintained in order to guarantee the splendor and romanticism of a private intimate Villa. Villa Noémia stands on the hillside bathed by the River Lis and lets itself fall in love with the stunning view of the city and its magnificent Castle, daily surrounded by the magic of a vibrant sunset. The project aims to deconstruct the city housing concept. Its location in the heart of the city, integrated in the historic Bairro dos Anjos, gives it unique and unexpected characteristics.
