Rustic land of 11 hectares with vineyard and olive grove, located in the parish of Granja, municipality of Mourão.
The estate is completely fenced and consists of vineyard and olive grove culture.
The vineyard is 18 years old and a production of 30000kg, being delivered to the Agricultural Cooperative of Granja. Of this, 4 hectares have drop-by-drop irrigation and is composed of 3 varieties: Moreto, Trincadeira and Aragonês, with the possibility of placing 14 more rows of vineyards.
The olive grove crop, of 6.9 hectares, is traditional, a part with 80 years and another with 35, and is composed by Cordovil Doc, with a production of about 25000kg.
The land is enriched by hole with 4000 liters / hour, whose generator is next to it, dependence on ruin and another agricultural dependence of 100 m2, with two divisions, one of them with typical fireplace of ground fire and also an annex.
Access is made by dirt road and does not have electricity from the public grid, but with PT 700/1000 meters away.
